李文涛,男,四川南充人。g视讯游戏教授,博士硕士生导师。四川农业大学学士、g视讯游戏农学博士、荷兰乌特勒支大学哲学博士(兽医病毒方向)。荷兰皇家微生物协会会员。主要从事冠状病毒相关研究,包括病毒的入侵、新病毒的分离、新型疫苗和治疗性单克隆抗体的研发等,取得了一系列具有国际影响力的创新性研究成果:a) 报道了全球首株针对SARS-CoV-2的治疗性单克隆抗体,该抗体正在美国进行I期临床实验;b) 首次报道了PEDV变异毒株在中国的流行及其序列特征;c) 鉴定了PDCoV的受体-氨基肽酶N(APN),并揭示该病毒的来源以及跨物种感染人的潜力;d) 鉴定了MERS-CoV的辅助受体,阐明了其感染宿主的种属特异性和组织嗜性的分子基础。近年在PNAS、Nat. Commun.、Emerging Infect. Dis.和J. Virol.等期刊上发表第一作者/共同第一作者文章11篇。
